04/29/2020: Phase 1 Reopening Begins in Arkansas on 05/04/2020 Our operating hours will be expanded to 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday
Our priority continues to be the safety of our customers and our staff. Therefore, we will continue to operate curbside service until further notice.
Deliveries
With Walmart and Sam's Home Office extending their work at home policy until June 1st, we will continue once daily deliveries to all layout centers. When they reopen and package volume resumes, we will return to our twice daily delivery schedule

03/31/2020: In the interest of your health and ours, we have moved to curbside service for the general public. We will greet you when you arrive and handle your transaction. Even if you've been staying at home and away, keep in mind we've been in contact with hundreds of people over the past few weeks. We are taking social distancing very seriously. We wash or sanitize our hands after every customer interaction and are wiping down the surfaces we touch in the store fequently throughout the day.
Because we have gone to curbside service, we cannot offer computer rental at this time.
We are still offeingr Notary services and our mail box customers can retrieve their mail and packages. Or, we are more than happy to bring your mail and packages out to you. To save a trip, feel free to call ahead and check if you have mail - 479-273-3987
We have four tubs outside (labeled UPS, FedEx Ground, FedEx Air, and USPS) where you can leave your prepaid drop offs. If you'd like a receipt, let us know and we can get one for you.

03/19/2020: We are temporarily reducing our hours of operation through Friday, April 4th. We are now open from 9am - 4pm, Monday through Friday. These hours will not impact our regular delivery schedules to the layout centers. It does alter our pickup times with FedEx and UPS, which are now picking up from our location sometime between 3pm and 4pm.
The health of the general public and our staff are paramount. Although most workplaces and schools are closed, we're seeing a fair amount of foot traffic in our shop. We sincerely appreciate our community's support! We need it now more than ever! We have increased our cleaning schedules to regularly clean counters, screens,copiers, doors...anything and everything that people touch.
As of today, we have no plans to close our shop to the general public but also understand it is something we might have to do. If we feel the siutation is such that we need close, we will still carry on with receiving packages and delivering them to layout centers for as long as packages come to our shop and we're allowed to deliver. We will also allow shop access to our Private Mailbox Holders so they can retrieve their mail.
Once again, we thank you very much for your patience and understanding as we do our best to maintain operations during this time.
03/13/2020: As you have likely heard, Walmart and Sam's Club Home Offices have implemented a work from home directive beginning Monday, March 16, 2020, through Friday, April 3, 2020.
Unless something extraordinary happens, such as a directive to close by our local government or the CDC, Bentonville Copy & Ship plans to remain open during this time period,
In non-Cornavirus news, AT&T cell phones are still unable to connect with landline phones in our area. If you are having trouble getting through to us on your AT&T cell phone, try calling us from a different phone. The outage is due to damage from the Nashville, tornado.
